We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Data Officer (CDO) / Head of Data to lead our data initiatives. This role will be crucial in overseeing the collection, management, and utilization of data across all aspects of our business. The main responsibilities of a DIRECTOR FOR ANALYTICS include:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with IRecon Marketing’s business goals and client needs.
- Oversee the integration and management of data across platforms, including Daton, Tableau, GA4, and our data warehouse.
- Ensure that data strategy supports and enhances our marketing, retention, and operational strategies for all clients.
Data Management and Governance
- Lead the data team in managing IRecon Marketing’s data assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Implement data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Streamline data workflows, ensuring that data is readily accessible and usable for all stakeholders.
Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
- Utilize data to optimize client marketing strategies, improve customer retention, and drive operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Provide training and support to ensure that all team members and clients are able to utilize data effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, ensuring that IRecon Marketing remains at the forefront of data-driven marketing.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership to integrate data insights into strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver data solutions that drive results.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring that data initiatives are aligned with broader business goals.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing data strategies that drive business growth.
- Extensive experience with data tools and platforms, including Tableau, GA4, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading data teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
